Prestige Royale Gardens is one of the largest and most popular apartment projects in Yelahanka. It is located on Doddaballapur Main Road, inside the Yelahanka area. The project was launched around 2016 and was planned as a large residential township.

The project covers 22.5 acres of land. It has 18 high-rise apartment towers with more than 1,600 homes in total. The project offers multiple size options in 1 BHK, 2 BHK, and 3 BHK apartments.

Construction was completed between 2019 and 2020, and homes were handed over during this time. Prestige Royale Gardens is a fully completed, ready-to-move project. Homes here are available only in the resale market. As of 2026, prices generally start from ₹65–70 lakh, with average rates of ₹7,000–₹8,500 per sq ft. Its size, location, and completed status make it one of the well-known apartment projects in Yelahanka.

Prestige Garden Bay is a small apartment project located in Yelahanka. It is a low-density project, which means it has fewer buildings and homes compared to large townships. The project mainly offers 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments.

Prestige Garden Bay was launched in the early 2010s and was completed around 2014–2015. The project is now fully occupied and ready to move in, with homes available only through resale. Apartment prices here generally fall in the range of ₹75–80 lakh onwards, depending on the size and floor level, while per square foot values usually range between ₹7,500 and ₹9,000. Prestige Woodside was launched around 2016 and was completed in July 2020. Homes were handed over at the same time. The project is ready to move in and is fully occupied. As of 2026, villa prices usually start from around ₹3.2–3.5 crore, depending on the size and layout. The average price is between ₹11,000 and ₹13,000 per square foot.

Prestige Greenbrook is a plotted development near Yelahanka. It is located along IVC Road. The project is not located in Yelahanka town. It is close to the area and has good connectivity.

The project was launched in the early 2020s. The layout work is completed, and plot possession has already been given. Current plot prices usually start from around ₹95 lakh to ₹1 crore. The price depends on the plot size. Land rates are generally between ₹6,500 and ₹8,000 per square foot.
