Prestige Group projects in South Bangalore 2026 Update

Prestige Falcon City Luxe is a luxury apartment project in Konanakunte, South Bangalore. The project is part of a large township spread across about 41 acres and includes 7 high-rise towers with around 2,520 premium apartments. There are 2,3 and 4 BHK options in this project. Sizes go from 1,204 sq. ft. to 2,726 sq. ft. Prices are expected to start at around ₹1.4 crore for 2 BHK homes, with higher prices for larger apartments.

The project is currently in the pre-launch to under-construction stage. Possession is expected between late 2029 and 2030, and RERA approval is in process.

Prestige Southern Star is a high-rise apartment project in Akshayanagar, close to Begur Road and Bannerghatta Road in South Bangalore.

Plot sizes range from 1,500 sq. ft. to 3,200 sq. ft., in sizes like 30×50, 30×60, and 40×60. The project is RERA approved (PR/290624/006936). Possession is expected from December 2026.
