Prestige Group Luxury Apartments in Bangalore 2026 Update

Prestige Evergreen is a newly launched premium apartment project located in Varthur, near Whitefield.

Spread over 24 acres, the project comprises multiple high-rise towers with a basement, Ground, and 19 floors. This phase is planned to have over 2,000 apartments, making it a large residential community. Prestige Evergreen offers 1, 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments with sizes starting from 650 sq. ft. and going up to 2,400 sq. ft. Prices start from ₹92 lakhs, and the price per sq. ft. ranges between ₹8,500 and ₹9,200. The project was launched in January 2026 and is currently under early construction. Possession details will be provided as per RERA norms.

Prestige Raintree Park is a large luxury apartment project located in Whitefield and is currently under construction. The project mainly offers 3, 4, and 5 BHK luxury apartments. Apartment sizes range from 1,800 sq. ft. to over 4,000 sq. ft.

As of 2026, construction is actively progressing across the site. Possession will be given in phases, based on tower-wise completion and RERA timelines. Prices start at ₹2.75 crore, with an estimated price per sq. ft. between ₹11,000 and ₹13,500, depending on the apartment and tower.

Prestige Falcon City Luxe is the premium and upgraded phase of the well-known Falcon City project. It is currently in the pre-launch stage and is expected to launch officially in 2026.

The project will have high-rise towers with 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments. These homes are larger and better planned than earlier phases, with sizes going up to 2,726 sq. ft.

Prices are expected to start at ₹1.4 crore, with an estimated price per sq. ft. between ₹9,000 and ₹10,500. Since the project is still in pre-launch, construction schedules and RERA details will be shared after launch. Possession is expected to begin from 2031 onwards.

Prestige Southern Star is a large residential apartment project located on Begur Road in South Bangalore. As of early 2026, the project is under active construction.

The project is spread across 35 acres and includes 14 high-rise towers. Each tower has 2 basement levels, a ground floor, and 26 to 27 residential floors. There are 2,130 apartments in total, and nearly 80% of the land area is kept open for greenery, internal roads, and common spaces.

Prestige Southern Star offers 1, 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments. The project includes apartments sized between 650 sq. ft. and over 2,000 sq. ft. Prices start at ₹82 lakhs. The per sq. ft. price is between ₹7,800 and ₹8,500. Construction started in April 2025. Possession is expected from December 2029.

Prestige Park Ridge is a new project on Bannerghatta Road. The launch is expected in early 2026. It will be a gated residential project offering 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments. Details about apartment sizes, number of towers, and floor plans will be shared at the time of launch.

Prices are expected to start from ₹1.1 crore, with per sq. ft. rates between ₹8,500 and ₹9,500. Since the project has not yet launched, construction timelines, possession dates, and RERA details will be announced after launch.
